Ann Kaplan Named to Goldman Sachs Bank USA Board

The Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), appointed Ann F. Kaplan an independent director of Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Ann is Chair of Circle Financial Group, an investment and wealth management membership organization, and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Columbia University School of Business. Ann had been a General Partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and a Managing Director after the firm became a public company.
