Colleges Work Together to Offer Great Science Programs to Women

Saint Mary's College and University of Notre Dame offer an Engineering Dual Degree Program for women who want to expand their study of science. The "co-exchange agreement" allows Saint Mary's and Notre Dame students to take courses on either campus. Students in the dual-degree program take chemistry, mathematics, and physics at Saint Mary's College, and the engineering courses at the University of Notre Dame. Women Should be Included in Museum of Finance Advisory Board

I read the following press release this morning and was disappointed to find it appears there was not one woman included in the advisory board that was announced. "The Museum of American Finance, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, announced today the formation of an advisory board of leaders in the world of American finance. The board will underscore the historical importance of the nation’s financial industry and its role in the emerging global economy and will provide counsel on the future direction of the Museum." Co-Author Emma Wilhelm Helps Women Learn about Leadership in "The 8 Dimensions of Leadership"

Emma Wilhelm is about to have a new baby - but not before she finished co-authoring her new book, The 8 Dimensions of Leadership. The book discusses the different aspects of leadership and helps you assess your "primary leadership dimension". Emma tells us about her interest in the book:
