AOL named Patricia Mitchell (pictured left) and Karen Dykstra to its Board of Directors for when it separates from Time Warner. Karen Dykstra, who holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, is a partner at Plainfield Asset Management LLC, and has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Plainfield Direct Inc.
