King to be Representative of the United States to the Office of the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva, with the rank of Ambassador. President Barack Obama announced his intent to nominate Caryn A. Wagner to be Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, Department of Homeland Security. Caryn, who holds a Master of Science from the University of Southern California and served as a Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Officer in the United States Army, had been Budget Director and cyber security coordinator for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
