Amy Gutmann to Chair Presidential Commission Studying Bioethical Issues

Amy_gutmann President Barack Obama signed an Executive Order creating a new Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues and appointed Amy Gutmann (pictured) to serve as Chair. Amy, who hols an  M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and Ph.D. from Harvard University, is President of the University of Pennsylvania. Read more in the White House press release 11/24.
