Kathleen Wilson-Thompson Named to Vulcan Materials Board

Kathleen Wilson-Thompson Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC), headquartered in Alabama, appointed Kathleen Wilson-Thompson to its Board of Directors. Kathleen is presently Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for the Kellogg Company, and will become  Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Walgreens in January.
