Economics Professors Jennifer Pate and Andrew Healy Find that "Women in Teams" May be the Answer to Corporate Structure Imbalance

Loyola Marymount University Economics Professors Jennifer Pate (pictured) and Andrew Healy released research that shows the "Competition Gap" (whether men or women are more likely to join a competition) shrinks when women can compete in teams. This leads the professors to conclude that "competing in teams levels the playing field by encouraging a higher number of qualified women to take part", and has implications for corporate management structures.
