Nike Executive Christiana Shi Tells Writer Alison Perlberg "Play the Game You Can Win"

Alison Perlberg, writing for the Clayman Institute for Gender Research which works to empower women, did a great interview with Christiana Shi (pictured), the Chief Operating Officer of Global Direct to Consumer (DTC) at NIKE, Inc. Christiana talks about her career and how she managed her career and being a working mother. Among the many pearls of wisdom Alison learns from Christiana in her interview, my favorite is "Play the Game you can Win". So true! Many women spend a lot of time and effort swimming against the tide to prove they can do it, even if they are not getting the recognition they deserve. I like the idea of working in an environment where you're comfortable, doing what you love and getting ahead because you deserve to! Thanks Alison for writing this article with so much good advice on making your career work.
