Ellen Siminoff Joins Zynga Board of Directors

Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA) appointed Ellen Siminoff to its Board of Directors. Ellen, who holds an MBA from Stanford University, is President and CEO of Shmoop University, Inc., the education company dedicated to making learning and writing more fun and relevant for students.
