Former Barnard College President Judith Shapiro Named President of the Teagle Foundation.

Judith ShapiroThe Teagle Foundation appointed Judith Shapiro President of the Foundation. Judith, who holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Columbia University, is the former President of Barnard College. The Teagle Foundation, begun in 1944 by  Walter C. Teagle, Chairman of the Board of Standard Oil Company (New Jersey), now Exxon Mobil Corporation, focuses on "improving undergraduate student learning in the arts and sciences".
